Flux & other news [17.08.2010]

So it's been rather quiet here since launch, hasn't it? Well our excuse is that Phil and I are putting all of our attention to another Xiin Networks site right now: Radio Nintendo.

However there IS a new Lambda realated project I want to announce: Flux!
Flux is an online radio station and podcast run by Lambda, and will feature music from the label and hopefully a couple of live shows once it ever gets off the ground. Currently development has been put off because the rest of the network has been receiving it's massive update, but should start not long after other sections of Xiin are done. Hopefully.

News as far as any upcoming releases.... Well that's a big secret for right now.

Welcome to Lambda Records v2.0! [05.07.2010]

Yes guys and girls. It's finally made it online...after a whole...2 weeks development...and 3 years waiting time! We would finally like to welcome newcomers and the usuals to the new look for Lambda Records!

Admittingly, right now the functionality of the site remains fairly similar, but let's boast about the changes we did make:

- News feed on the front of the site! This means that any artist can post their current news directly to the front of LR.
- RSS feed for LR news. If you have anything that reads RSS, keep up to date by subscribing to the RSS feed
- Artists are now shown on the front page as well, making for quicker navigation to the places you actually want to get to.
- We are now on Twitter! Hate it or love it, follow us @LambdaRecords

And last but not least (if you haven't noticed yet) a sexy, graphical make-over. Not only has the front-end visuals changed, but the code keeping the place afloat is a lot cleaner and modular, making future changes a lot less problematic and time consuming.

As Xiin Networks is still in mid-development, forums are going to remain closed until further notice. So clicking 'read more' won't do much right now. We will keep you informed when registration will start taking place! In the meantime, we are open to all feedback and suggestions, so please email us at greenyoshi@xiinet.com.

NRV: Outsider Released! [29.06.2010]

Well, it's been about... one.. two.. a million.. 8 months. 8 months since we last released an album. In that time we both had a little well earned rest time. We're sorry, we found our lives, but it wont happen again. It's an interesting take on our style and we hope you enjoy it, But don't call it a comeback. No seriously. Don't. That's a normal release break.
